Civil Engineering

Bush & Gudgell has designed residential and commercial developments across the Intermountain West since 1948. Our civil engineering work covers the full lifecycle of a development — from entitlements and preliminary engineering through final construction documents, bonding, and construction administration. We work directly with municipal reviewers, geotechnical engineers, and contractors to move projects from concept through recorded plat and certificate of occupancy.

What We Do

Our civil engineering group delivers the plan sets, reports, and construction support that developers, municipalities, and contractors need to get projects entitled, permitted, bonded, and built. Typical deliverables include site plans, preliminary and final plats, grading and drainage plans, utility plans, stormwater reports, erosion control plans, construction cost estimates, and bonding calculations..
